Liquid Eyeliner Pen

HOW TO USE YOUR LIQUID EYELINER PEN

1. Clean eyelids, remove any excess oil and pat completely dry.
2. Remove eyeliner pen cap
3. Look straight ahead or slightly tilt your head back while looking in a mirror for the best view of your upper lash line
4. Hold eyeliner pen like a pencil and make tiny dashes as close to your lash line as possible
5. For an extended tail or winged-eye look, when you get to the end of your upper lash line continue connecting the tiny dashes to your desired length.
6. To avoid eyeliner transfer to your upper eyelid, look straight or down until product has dried completed.
